Delete My Data

Hi! As a CityNoise user, you can delete your account anytime directly from the app. If you'd like us to delete your account on your behalf, please provide your registered email address and a brief reason for the request. The data we currently store includes your name, email address, date of birth, bio, and profile picture. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system.

What happens next?

  • We'll process your request within 30 days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once completed
  • All your data will be permanently deleted
  • This action cannot be undone
